  1. Serch by gcode file name in file picker.
  2. Gcode files are sorted by name.
  3. Added optional full file picker where user can browse the phone internal storage to select the gcode file.
  4. Added delay for startup commands.
  5. Restart application in usb mode if bluetooth adaptor is not found.
  6. Firebase notification setup.
