Version 1.2: Cleanups of release for JDK 1.8

HD Cookbook: Cleaned up some inadvertent check-ins of binary products, and some duplication in the zip of the binaries.

Baptized this as "version 1.2," since I think the last release on java.net was version 1.1.x
