HD Cookbook fixes:

  • Updates the JAR signer to work with a contemporary JDK 1.8.
  • Adds back some assets that went missing when java.net was shut down

This release has been tested with a build on MacOS using the Azul 1.8 runtime. It should work with any OpenJDK-derived 1.8 runtime.
