Having the Root -> Root.dev/Root.prod seamen a little overkill for something that can be solved in a line of code. Plus having a Root component also looked too complicated for a boilerplate (that is intended for beginners).
"npm run dev" did not work on Windows because of the slightly different syntax so I added a "dev-win" task for Windows users.
