• Lots of changes.

Soft hyphen in a word.
Updated translation.
• Some typos. • Cursor following works only when during recording.
Add the current translator to the top of the list of translators! What's so heavy? :) The program does not pick up all the translation, some of the tips do not work.
Fix. Perhaps in the first time i missed some strings. Check it out Key="S.Command.Cinemagraph", in UI it is, and in .en.xaml is missing. I already added it just in case.
