Description:
When attempting to access the admin portal, the site initializes continuously without resolving. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error is thrown when trying to access the backend.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the admin portal
2. Observe continuous loading.
3. Attempt to access the backend directly.
4. Receive a 503 Service Unavailable error.

Expected Result:

• Admin portal should load successfully.
• Backend should be accessible without error.

Actual Result:

• Endless loading on the admin portal.
• 503 Service Unavailable error on the backend.
