PrimeNG Table OnEditComplete passing empty event parameters once fired

Describe the bug

I get empty event parameters in the console when firing the tab key to trigger OnEditComplete($event). The PointerEvent in my application doesn't have this issue. This issue is tied to #12160

Is there a way to have this functionality work without the p-cellEditor? I'm using a dynamic p-table and have regular forms for the user to fill out in the table. Clicking tab only fires OnEditComplete() once and doesn't fire for the rest of the inputs.
