Please, I would like a manual review of my documents. I have applied more than 15 times but I keep getting different errors. This time around, they are complaining about a mismatch in billing first and last name and the name in my document but they appear exactly the same way. I know I am doing the thing right because we verified my friend exactly the same way I am verifying and it went through without any issue. I think there is an issue with the automated verification system

In a situation where the system malfunctions - like in this case, nothing can be done ?

Our image detection is robust, but on occasions - like this one - it is unable to detect your name correctly. I would recommend that you include in your image capture your name clearly written (perhaps larger) and if you can have that addition as well as your evidence document (overlap?) I think that would help.

Hi, I don't understand your suggestion. The image capture pops up only ones and I captured my document. AM I permitted to edit the document and handwrite the name to make it larger?
