Latex rendering expected behavior?

questions:

• First, it's not rendered automatically when entering a buffer related to latex renderer render_on_enter not working #1445, but it seems not to work whether I'm using nvim <somefile> or enter nvim, then enter a file.
• Second, the option conceal seems not to work for me, here is a screenshot below.
• Third, I'm wondering if only latex in $$ blocks can be rendered as an image, and cannot for those in @math blocks? As this is my behavior.
• Last, related to feat(latex): async image rendering #1397 , this video is really fancy, as it's already merged, if it's the expected behavior now? My latex rendering is quite laggy and occasionally it's not working at all.
