Free links (as they were in the readme) are already clickable so this PR is unnecessary IMHO (looking at https://github.com/mprimi/portable-secret or https://github.com/mprimi/portable-secret/blob/main/README.md). When in doubt with markdown linking, you can always use < and > to surround a like - helps with punctuation for example. |

They're not clickable on https://mprimi.github.io/portable-secret/, which is the first Google result for "portable secret". |

thank you @janek37, I was surprised that links are not automatically rendered in the GH Page (like they are on the README on the GH home). Anyway, I fixed by replacing each project name (and adding a few that were suggested in the meantime) |

Unfortunately I had to duplicate them in markdown, it doesn't seem to be possible to do it without that (you could do it in AsciiDoc without any additional markup).
