Quickstart instructions are inaccurate #121

  • PGSQL Extension Version: 0.3.0
  • VSCode Version: 1.79.2
  • OS Version: Windows 11 22H2

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the PostgreSQL extension window in vscode
  2. See Quickstart step 3
  3. Note that it says In the command palette, select 'Create Connection Profile'. Follow the prompts to enter your Postgres instance's hostname, database, username, and password. However, no such item exists in the command palette

VSCode shows "Activating Extensions" at bottom tray, then -- nothing
Same behavior for "PostreSQL: Connect" Command
[Docker Container Postgres already running]

The note should say 'Manage Connection Profiles' instead of 'Create Connection Profile'

Refer to issue: Quickstart instructions are inaccurate microsoft#121.
Quickstart instruction 'Create Connection Profile" should be 
"Manage Connection Profiles".
