Repro Steps

Steps:

• Run a normal user and a root user
• Run htop on the normal user
• Select Root Process
• Press SIGKILL on the htop tool
• The root user will now go back to normal user.

$ sudo apt-get install htop

Expected Behavior

Error, but not terminated from the root user.

Actual Behavior

Terminal Output: sudo: unable to execute /usr/bin/su: Connection reset by peer

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.
