Our current team compass has a very abbreviated list of communication channels to the EC. Fernando's comment here fleshes this out a bit with (a) preferred priority and (b) a bit of guidance about each channel.

This issue is about changing the current ec team compass front page to more fully reflect Fernando's writeup in that comment.
