Update test instructions to require jenkins 2.249.1 #291

The current instructions result in the following error when trying to launch a jenkins test instance:

Caused by: org.apache.maven.plugin.MojoExecutionException: Dependency io.jenkins.plugins:bootstrap4-api:jar:4.6.0-3 requires Jenkins 2.249.1 or higher.

Changing the version to 2.249.1 fixes the issue.

  • Make sure you are opening from a topic/feature/bugfix branch (right side) and not your main branch!
  • Ensure that the pull request title represents the desired changelog entry
  • Please describe what you did
  • Link to relevant issues in GitHub or Jira
  • Link to relevant pull requests, esp. upstream and downstream changes
  • Ensure you have provided tests - that demonstrates feature works or fixes the issue

Thanks, didn't notice that. The usual mvn test in CI and local iterations handles that via pom.xml properly, I guess ;\
