Changes:

  • The ORANGE datamodel used in the json output has been separated from the ORANGE logic and available as an artifact for
    other projects to depend on (see also ORANGE-datamodel)
  • All copy numbers are rounded to single digit instead of no digits
  • Combination of urethra cancer and renal cell cancer is mapped to OTHER by ORANGE cohort mapper
  • The ORANGE cohort mapping application queries clinical view rather than datarequest
  • Added -add_disclaimer parameter that will print a "research use only" disclaimer in the footer when set
  • PDF documents now share a single instance of each font to reduce file size
  • Formatting for undetermined HRD type is improved
