Change to console application as desktop application requires an icon and a desktop file to be installed. In reality this is a actually a console app as only a `hello.sh` is being installed. Console app type has a lower metainfo bar too.
Otherwise it cannot find the key when committing/publishing
Otherwise gpg is not usable inside the container and flatpak loads cached summaries
and run flatpak update to fetch and update summaries before installing
