Migration instructions

Basically follow AP's 1.0.0 migration guide. Flame Audio APIs were updated to match the new design philosophies.

Ooh, would actually be awesome with at short example in the examples directory too.

I already provide an example underr package/flame_audio/example.
Do you think we need to add one on the dashbook examples app too? If so should it be the same? Or something different?

The same one I think would be fine, I think our users more easily find the dashbook examples.
