Adds the initial code for creating DataFusion
TableProvidersfor DuckDB, PostgreSQL, Sqlite and MySQL.This is still very much a work in progress. These are referencing forks of
datafusionanddatafusion-federationthat https://github.com/spiceai/spiceai was using at the time I took the code from our project. I plan to change that as soon as I get more cycles to spend on this.
