Vaultfile v0.1.0

The main/basic features have been implemented, and there are many things to improve.

This is just a release meant to get things going and get to a working state first, it is not production ready. Main things to add are:

• more unit tests
• better error handling and more testing of edge cases (help would be appreciated!)

To "install" it, just take the binary and put it somewhere on your $PATH!

Finally, please file any issues/bugs you may find! Suggestions/feature requests are also welcome.
