- Update projects to sdk-style (except for xamarin.mac project)
- Update to latest Eto and add workaround for Mac bug.
- Embed README
- Add faster baud rates
- Fix NRE
- Remove AssemblyInfo/GlobalAssemblyInfo where necessary - Use Eto from nuget packages - Use msbuild targets to embed assemblies - Update SharpCompress to latest version - Add Windows .msi installer using WiX Toolset - Use a single version identifier - Remove obsolete macbuild script and other obsolete files
