How do i get the debug log in case something doesn't work?

iOS

  1. Enable the debug log in the experimental settings
  2. Quit and Restart QZ
  3. Recreate the issue
  4. Go into the files app, under qdomyos folder and find the debug log for your session (you can see the date and time in the filename)
  5. Fill out a request here ( https://github.com/cagnulein/qdomyos-zwift/issues ) and attach the debug log and any other useful information.

Android 14 or greater

  1. Enable the debug log in QZ/Settings/Experimental settings
  2. Quit and Restart QZ
  3. Recreate the issue
  4. Open the Files app, go into the folder /Documents/QZ/. Find the debug log for your session (you can see the date and time in the filename).
  5. Fill out a support request here (https://github.com/cagnulein/qdomyos-zwift/issues) attaching the debug log and any other useful information.

Android 13 or less

  1. Enable the debug log in QZ/Settings/Experimental settings
  2. Quit and Restart QZ
  3. Recreate the issue
  4. Download the free app called "CX File Explorer" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cxinventor.file.explorer&hl=it&gl=US or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.folderv.file this one for Android 13. For Android 14 use this app instead https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.marc.files
  5. Using the CX File Explorer app, go into the folder /android/data/org.cagnulein.qdomyoszwift/. Find the debug log for your session (you can see the date and time in the filename).
  6. Fill out a support request here (https://github.com/cagnulein/qdomyos-zwift/issues) attaching the debug log and any other useful information.
