Test Plan:

On desktop/android/ios

1. Open Leo and do a search that triggers using the Brave Search API, like "what's the news today"
2. The "learn more" link in the brave search footer should go directly to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/27586048343309-How-does-Leo-get-current-information
3. Change the model to Mixtral AI, click the info icon next to the model name, and click the "learn more" link. It should go directly to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/26727364100493-What-are-the-differences-between-Leo-s-AI-Models.
