"-o flamegraph" should be "-o collapsed" #39

The flamegraphs script takes collapsed stacks as input. The output of async-profiler is the collapsed stacks data, not the flame graph SVG. The collapsed stacks format is a common summary profile that can be presented many different ways.
In future it should be possible to feed collapsed stacks data to other views/tools, see for instance jvm-profiling-tools/honest-profiler#199
