feat(dashboard): improve pods visibility

This commit adds two improvements to the Pods view: * Show spinner (pending status) while the pod is not ready (like ArgoCD UI does) * Show the `ready` property on the tooltip Signed-off-by: Alejandro López Sánchez <[email protected]>
