• Implement redesigned Agent List #8775

Changes:

• Enhanced get_library_agents to support pagination with limit and offset parameters.
• Added search_library_agents function to allow searching agents by name or description with sorting options.
• Updated API routes to handle pagination and search queries.
• Introduced new components for agent listing, filtering, and searching in the frontend.
• Added styles for new UI elements and improved user experience in the library interface.

Todo:

• Implement endpoints for filtering and enhance filter options (UI completed)
• Enable the Upload Agent functionality (UI completed)
• Implement dark mode, responsiveness, and improved animations
• Add a status indicator on the Agent card after completing Implement (real-time) datasource for agent status #8779 (UI completed)
• Implement the Notification card functionality after completing Execution Update notification system #8777 (UI completed)
