what does enableDNT for privacy in hugo.yaml ?

I often inspired myself by Rodrigo and in his hugo.yaml, he use:

privacy:
  twitter:
    enableDNT: true    
  vimeo:
    enableDNT: true

while neither in the docs I could find reference of this; and it seams I'm the first one wondering what does the enableDNT.

It's a Hugo feature, not something specific to Hugo Blox.
