Version 4.19, Release Candidate 4

Four fixes in this release:

• Missing projectile in Avenger's chromatic orb: Patch by mercurier to give the missing projectile to Chromatic Orb.
• Patching hidespl.2da instead of overriding: A substantial patch to replace overwriting the hidespl.2da tables with patching.
• Imprisonment vs. Freedom patches: Another substantial patch to fix several issues with imprisonment and freedom.
• Patch inquisitor true seeing: Patch to give Inquisitor's True Sight immunity against some spells, especially Shadow Door's maze effect, as per the other True Sight spells.
