Updated Visual Studio build script, to get it to work using VS2017 command prompt. Added .obj files cleanup.

Just commiting the changes I had to make to get the build script to work using VS2017's command line.
And by the way making my first steps with github... ;)
Sorry about the file CMakeLists.txt: I could not find a way to cancel a commit on GitHub's webpage... It's just a one space change I made for testing how to commit on github...
Next step: adding a FileMill script.
