Generate a suite of exceptional HDF files via hypothesis.

In the context of our readers we've been manually creating a suite of HDF test fixtures to exercise specific ManifestArray creation code paths. Our initial testing with real world datasets has already discovered some failures not covered by our test files. @TomNicholas and @jhamman suggested employing hypothesis to generate randomized HDF fixtures for more comprehensive testing.
