in order to be able to use pre-trained models out of the box (for labeling etc), additional plugins are required
with class-label information available from a pre-trained model, the plugin can then interpret the predictions of the pre-trained model correctly
depends on Allow meta-data for pre-trained models ufdl-backend#82
