Question from Kris Anne:

once they have a conformance report will they be able to put their tool on the Authoring Tools List?

Suggestion from Kevin:

on completion ask if the user wants to submit to the Authoring Tools list

So, the suggestion is to allow users to submit to the authoring tools list directly from this report tool.
