Documentation - suggested change - LispBM CAN events don't work when also using UAVCAN in App settings

In my testing I observe that CAN events such as the following

(event-enable 'event-can-eid)

are not fired if the App Settings/General/CAN Mode is set to use UAVCAN to receive commands. When I turn App Settings/General/CAN Mode to Unused, then the events are fired.

I suggest adding this fact to the documentation of the events in README.md to save others the hours of trouble I just went through trying to figure out why events weren't firing in LispBM!
