Wrong unit in Negative / Positive ramping time in ADC.

I thinkg the unit of Negative / Positive ramping time in ADC is wrong.

Even if I set Negative ramping time to 1000,00s the motor stop completely spinning in around 1s after release throttle or kill switch. So it's looks like it's milliseconds not seconds.
I want to set around 3000,00s but vesc tool has limit for 1000,00s.
