Describe the bug
MOSAIC detects shallow events that are fully contained within the baseline. These detected events are spurious and appear to be an artefact of the event partitioning algorithm.

To Reproduce
Run a data set with optimized event partition settings. Observed with all processing algorithms.

Expected behavior
Shallow events like the ones shown below should not be processed.
