Here is the toolbar at this time, which includes some extensible icons added by the app:

Here is the toolbar when the card is smaller:

So some suggestions are:

make the extended toolbar icons of similar size/weight as the built in icon buttons.
the toolbar needs to wrap when space is insufficient to have them all display.
there is too much whitespace/margin/padding, making the toolbar take more space than necessary; the built-in buttons are probably larger than needed to still be economic and ergonomic.
