Inconsistency in Add Row feature in translationQuestions

There are some inconsistencies in Add Row feature in translationQuestions.

• In Malachi, When we click on + to add a new row, Note that the new row dialog has populated values of Questions and Responses. Seems like it is taking from the beginning of the file.

• In Mark, 1:1

• Note that when we add a new row in tQ, it has an extra field for _refernenceRange.

• Add some data and click on ADD.

• Note that new row is not added to TQ.

• In Mathew, Add row works fine as expected. Add row does not populate fields other than references and Id.
