Suggestion to add Gameplay Event/GameplayEvent section, more information about them and example uses

Even simple tl;dr section about them would suffice imo, they're often mentioned around GAS stuff but I always wonder if they're just regular event or if they have some deeper features due to being called gameplay events instead
