Enhancement: Internal scheduler

The container works just great. I like it. It would be great if the container would have an internal scheduler. Instead of scheduling the container to start/sync/stop from an external cron job, it would be great to have the container running non-stop, and based on cron expression the container will check for the file changes and sync them.
