Please create a Portable version [Windows]

Hi,
Please, create a Portable version of Qt-Linguist.
Qt Linguist is stealth? No
It writes on registry:
• HKCU\Software\QtProject
• HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts.qph
• + one entry 'FileExts' for every used filetypes = .qph + .ts + .po + .xlf
I have seen this on an old post at Portable Freeware Forum: https://www.portablefreeware.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21687
