When viewing data from a topic, we can go to the schema of the Topic. When clicking on the Schema "value", instead of being redirected to the schema, there is an error.

On Chrome's Dev Tools, I can see we are trying to perform a request to the id "undefined" -> schema/id/undefined. It seems we are not getting the ID correctly.

Version: 0.16.0
