Implement Splash Section

[S1nthesis]

Goal:

• add the Splash section to the website
• main files to edit - splash.ejs, splash.js, splash.scss
• reach out to design if you need any sprites etc.

Instructions:

• clone to device (can use SSH one if you want as well)

git clone https://github.com/tamu-datathon-org/gigabowser.git
git checkout -b splash-section (or a similar branch name, up to you)

• add code
• push code to your branch

git add .
git commit -m "added transition or something"
git push (first time -> git push --set-upstream origin splash-section)
