Placement of badges at top of repo for clarity

Description

@phinate has reported that the current layout of the badges can be confusing for users and that it is easy to click the wrong docs badge.

The badges should be laid out in a way that provides good UI/UX for users first and then also gives the dev team on the fly information, so the layout should be revised.
