Go to steam settings > Interface > Uncheck Scale text and icons to match monitor settings

Yes, icons are clearer, but all the others are too small.

I recommend to use the Increased fonts extra. It will make the fonts bigger in some places such as the top buttons.

Maybe edges are too thin.

You can decrease the font-size by going to \resource\styles\windows.styles
Search for CUINavButton and edit the number from font-size

If you want to change the width of the top buttons go to \resource\layout\uinavigatorpanel.layout
Search for CUINavButton and edit the padding-left=0 and padding-right=0 . Change the 0 to a number, for example 5 will add 5 pixels more to the left and right of each button

If I disabled Scale text and icons to match monitor settings, every padding on the screen seems to be too thin. I think it may be undesirable to adjust so many things just for clearer icons. Anyway, thx.
