We ought to use Github Actions to validate PRs.

That's a kind offer, but when it comes to Gihub Actions I prefer to set it up myself.
I have done it a couple of times before with Racket projects, so I expect it
will be a fast to do.

But you could always setup Github Actions for one of your own projects.
