What's up with huggingface's new chat (https://huggingface.co/chat/)?

Is it a good web-based alternate to ChatGPT? It's great for me as a non-programmer that I can use it right away without local installations. The list could also include more ready-to-use applications for users like me, who are not familiar with installing by using terminal commands. But anyways, thanks for the work and really appreciate it.
