Unable to Activate GitHub Copilot Academic Benefits Despite Approval

Hi everyone,

I am a verified student, and my request was recently approved for the Student Developer Pack was approved (like in the screenshot). However, my academic benefits, including access to GitHub Copilot, are still not active. My Education Dashboard shows the message, "Your benefits will be available soon," but I am unable to redeem the Copilot benefit.

Could someone let me know how much time it typically takes for the benefits to activate or guide me on what steps I should take next?
Note: I used my college email ID to apply for the Student Developer Pack on my personal GitHub account.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @Kushagra-Malani was approved and your benefits are now available.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When you'll get your benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select Copilot to redeem your offer.
