Hi I was verified as a student on January 7, 2025, and I received the confirmation that my benefits would be available soon. However, I haven't received access to my academic benefits yet, and it's been a few days since the verification.

Don't worry, the waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @Vincentan-Dev was approved and your benefits are now available.

is this normal where i cant see the content of the package, i try from my main page github i does not even have the github education page.

Hey @Vincentan-Dev , your benefits aren't available yet, wait a bit, if when you receive them you have problems to redeem any offer,, contact support by opening a ticket here, select I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers and explain your problem.
