Ubuntu: Drop the 15.10 reference Everything that is supported is newer than 15.10 now.
Ubuntu: Drop references to Ubuntu 14.04 It's end of life this month. I'm not sure which exact day.
Drop Ubuntu 17.10 Ubuntu 17.10 is no longer supported upstream, and has not been for 2-3 months.
Bring back old HOWTOs As discussed on the mailing list, the old HOWTOs can be useful for troubleshooting existing installs. This reverts commit c537bcf251f140e22166913e5dd6a0c0d407d9b2.
Ubuntu: Update for 18.04 release Now that 18.04 has been released, the instructions for it no longer need a disclaimer. As 18.04 is the latest release, we can drop 17.10. As 18.04 is the latest LTS, we can drop 16.04.

Drop mention of Ubuntu 12.04 The packages have been removed from the PPA.
Update root-on-ZFS for Ubuntu 17.10 I only gave this very minimal testing, but it does work.
Add 17.04 instructions So far, this is just a copy of the 16.10 instructions. I have no tested anything yet.
