Images that are targa encoded with the orientation at the bottom right or top right seem very rare (ie: no program I've seen allows one to save in those formats), and these images are decoded differently depending on the program.
While paint.net (first image) and gimp (third image) decode the image how I would expect -- image glass (second image) defaults to decoding as bottom left, which is the current behavior of Pfim until I determine what is the correct coarse of action.
