pb launch webview android 10

Hi,
it works fine on android 9 (API29), but on android 10 (API R) i get the following

[ERROR:flutter/lib/ui/ui_dart_state.cc(157)] Unhandled Exception: PlatformException(error, Unable to add window android.view.ViewRootImpl$W@b2e29e6 -- the specified display can not be found, null)
